Thank you Brian! Brian not only fixed the leak in our frost free outdoor faucets, but explained why it happened and how to avoid it happening again. Also, while doing this repair, he drained and cleaned our hot water tank, which Brian informed us should be done once a year! Very happy with work done and with Brian’s competent, friendly approach to his work.

Brian is awesome. Replaced my broken hot water tank in the past in short notice, no issue's. Also came recently to deal with one of my outdoor taps. Gave me all the options, plus some tips for dealing with it in the future. Very informative and easy to deal with.

Brian does everything right! He notified me prior to his arrival, confirming his appt the day prior. He confirmed scope of work and explained the process as he went along. I had a new small water heater installed. He left no mess. He was polite and efficient. I highly recommend him.
